you can get wings here or just do a quick search on google for items if you want to attempt to make it =)

1) You get a gold ball charm.

2) You get two charms that look like wings.

3) You put them on a strap you would like to wear (ie. fishing line, thin leather, thin chain)

4) String charms along in snitch-like manner.

5) Tie at end.
